Who loves Advertisements in their feeds or videos? Not me but they weren't this terrible or be a vector of malware delivery unless you go to sketchy websites.
In the past ads Were annoying but you would only see It on the sides of websites or on the bottom. Now you will see It everywhere even inside of videos.
Ofc ads wont be so bad unless your own search engine gives you malware because of them or serve you NSFW ads on websites like Youtube, or scamming u out of your login credentials.
Because of that the FBI is recommending you to install adblockers to protect yourself from malware or scams. It feels more and more that not using an adblocker is basically asking you to either get scammed or get malware, and ofc Big Tech will not give two flip about that bc they are getting paid per ad.
